Ethical Leadership and Integrity Post

it is important to have integrity in leadership.  Nothing is worth doing if you do not do it honestly.  Leadership should not be based on a lie. It must be based on honesty and trust.  It is so easy in today's world to get caught up in dishonesty and deceit, but the world needs more people who are willing to stand up for what is right and to be good honest people. Dishonesty is really so tempting, but in the end it does not pay off.  In high school, I used to cheat in school sometimes and it was never worth it.  Ever since I started school here at BYU I decided that I would not cheat again and that has really made a huge difference in how much better I feel about school because I know that I have earned every grade that I have received.
