26 Feb 2010- Working as a Team

I can't remember exactly what the blog post is supposed to be but I think that it's something about how, a group of people can do more together than by themselves.  I know that's true.  It is so true.  There are so many reasons why a group is better than the individual, but I think that one of the most important reasons is what Mr. Holmoe touched on on Monday.  When you work as a group you have others to help support you and you support them.  As an individual, when times are tough you have no one to look to but yourself and in many instances it is easier to give up than continue forward.  As a group, you have people there who can encourage you when get discouraged, and you in turn can encourage them.  Working with others is so important in accomplishing goals because it helps keep momentum going forward.
